Complaint against Zavvi

They sent a zbox that i didn not want or ordered because they hide the fact they auto renew. They also dont show bad reviews about their zbox on their site.

We do state on the website that you will be entered into a rolling subscription and if you only require 1 box then the remainder needs to be cancelled after the 1st box is dispatched. It may have taken you 5 MONTHS to add it to your website but I can assure you, it was not on there when I ordered. You also have not mentioned about you deleting poor feedback from your website?

Why am I going to waste my time talking to a company that lies. Yes they delete reviews they don't like, they deleted mine! No they had no information about the subscription in any email as I have them all. So to sum up, why waste my time talking to a company that is only here to lie and swindle people out of money?
