Complaint against Zavvi

I have had issues with zavvi since I bought a zbox and was then signed up to receive more. By mid December I had 3 boxes which I did not need and was told had been cancelled and a t shirt to return. I sent these back to the company with the appropriate paperwork and 3 other items. I have proof of delivery. I have been refunded for three items but not for the 3 zbox's and t shirt. I have been emailing them since the beginning of Jan but am yet to get any real answers and the money due. I keep getting told the warehouse is investigating. I have also emailed the complaints department as instructed on their website but again no answer. I am at my wits end as I have nothing to show for the money that was taken and there is no way of getting anything done about it so it seems. Clearly they have the parcel as it was signed for and I have the name of who this was and I have a copy of the paperwork that was sent. All of which I have supplied to zavvi.

This was refunded recently after all the hassle and after speaking to a representative on your facebook page. I certainly think your online customer support really needs to be addressed if they could not do anything for 4 months and then 2 messages to the facebook page and the refund is processed. Would have saved a lot of time and effort and countless messages therefore not having to go down this route.

Refund finally refunded 4 months late with support from the facebook zavvi page team rather than the zavvi website support team. A lot of hassle and wasted time just to return money that was rightfully mine
