[RESPONDED] Cancelling my subscription

Complaint against Zavvi

I asked Zavvi to cancel my Zbox subscription at the beginning of March 2016. I received an email a few days later stating that they would cancel it within 14 days of the Guardians box being dispatched, which was dispatched on the 11/03. It is now the 03/04 and I have noticed that they've taken my money and that my subscription has not been cancelled. I have messaged them a second time today and am waiting on a reply.
