[RESPONDED] Charged for "cancelled" subscription

Complaint against Zavvi

Cancelled a Zbox subscription on 6/11/15, was then charged for this cancelled subscription on 1/12/15. Raised it with them, and have yet to get my money back. Also been charged for two one off Gamer boxes 25/11/15 with no guarantee of when they'll be delivered, no sign of them yet, and it's passed their release date of 10/12/15. Their customer service just pick and choose what to answer, and do so in a vague way usually.
