Complaint against Zavvi

I ordered a DVD set from I checked the item description multiple times to ensure it would play in my DVD player. There was NOTHING that indicated it would not. So I ordered their repackaged DVD set. After it finally arrived I opened the cellophane, I saw a small dent in one of the packages. No big deal. I attempted to play it on both of my DVD players, only to find that I was met with a regional error. I tried to contact the company about the issue. I was given the brush off. They said that because I opened it, that they could not accept it for a refund. IT WAS A REPACKAGE TO BEGIN WITH! Stay clear of these people!
