Complaint against Zavvi

I subscribed with Zavvi for one of their ZBoxes, I only wanted the time travel one for a present so tried to cancel the subscription straight after. After 5 weeks of messages with responses like, we've had problems in our IT department so have been unable to cancel, my subscription was still active and I was charged for the next box. Eventually I was assured that my sub was cancelled and that a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 days. To my annoyance the Star Wars Box arrived shortly after and 2 weeks later still no refund. I am at a loss as to what to do next and will be going to my bank. Saving especially at this time of year is very difficult and having a company take money from you and then not give it back is very distressing. I think this company's behaviour is disgusting and they don't seem to care at all .The emails they send never answer your questions or take accountability for their actions. I would not be surprised if they charge me again for next months box, There are a lot of people in the same boat and something needs to be done to make this company take accountability,
