[LAPSED] Money taken for boxes I did not want after I cancelled

Complaint against Zavvi

I subscribed for the October box. I cancelled after in enough time to make sure I wasn't charged for November and even had an email to say it was cancelled but to my dismay I was charged November! I never received the box and have still not had a refund! Also on the 4 November I noticed I was charged again £8.89 and when I emailed zavvi to figure out what that charge was for they told me they would send it to the complaints department for them to investigate and I still have not had a response! Ridiculous customer service!!!
