Complaint against Zavvi

The same issue many people have been having where they did not cancel my subscription even though I gave them plenty of time and so was charged again for a box I don't want. They have finally cancelled my subscription but they refuse to refund me until they recieve the box that they sent by mistake back which wastes even more of my time and frankly it is their incompetence that caused it so I don't see why I should waste any more time. I have asked for a refund through my bank. The customer service I recieved was appalling. Constant fob offs acne they never look at what has previously happened to see about helping. I messaged on fb one day and got asked for my sub number which I gave them the same day. The next day I messaged asking if they had any news and I got a "thank you for getting in touch how can we help?". Really. I will not be buying from them again. I would rather spend more elsewhere or find someone selling any of their box exclusives before I would consider them again.
