[LAPSED] Where's my order????

Complaint against Zavvi

Ordered a Baymax figurine on 9/12 - when ordering it stated it should be with me within a week. After paying I then received an email saying it would be with me between 21/22 Dec. It's now Xmas Eve and no delivery or contact has been received. I've also got an email saying my order is complete and can I leave a review for my item?? I have no item to review!!! Where's my order if it is 'complete?'
