I ordered some vinyl (Candyman OST White Vinyl LTD ED of 200) which turned up warped, I contacted Zavvi Customer Service to explain showing pictures of the warped disc and that I wanted to send it back, they gave me a Return Form to print out and I sent the items back. I got proof of postage and proof that they had received the packages, this was in early August. Since then I have been struggling to get a refund because they have stated that they cannot find the items even though I have shown them the proof of them receiving the goods that I posted. Still today I am waiting for refunds to arrive, I kept on getting stock answers from the customer team and a promise that "a refund has been requested". To wait this long after I have done everything requested in sending the items back when they were damaged and getting proof that they received them back is disgusting, I have never known a retailer like this, to show so much contempt for their customers doesn't make any sense because as soon as this is resolved I will be closing my account.
