There are far too many issues to list, but hopefully this review will help you to avoid this company at all costs. Below is the highlighted version of events since August 2018. * Mis-sold a loan of £10,000. 0.75% actually turned out to be 9.9%. The Manager is aware of this and was blase about it. * Wrong wall tiles (they sent a cheap copy of the ones I ordered). Wrong waste for bath and also the wrong extractor fan (3 times). * 3 weeks ago, my kitchen ceiling collapsed due to the bath leaking. I am still waiting for this to be repaired. * Abysmal after sales service. During this last 3 weeks, texts and calls have been ignored by the fitter and there has been no contact from Kitchens Plus themselves. The bathroom was sold to me as a stress-free renovation to be carried out whilst on holiday. The issues are still ongoing nearly 6 months later. **AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**
