Complaint against My Geek Box

You have sent 4 Boxes when I only ordered one, as soon as I realized this I sent a complaint to cancel on Nov 14th, I see another Box is setup for December, please stop charging me and Please stop sending boxes

I also just received an email from Arran Lyons stating that since my December box has already been shipped they cannot cancel my subscription until that is complete, This is exactly what was said in November, I should not of received either of these boxes, please make sure this is resolved

I have received this followup : I am really sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused. I've now requested for this to be cancelled for you, the December had been processing but will not be sent out to you and a refund will now be processed. Thanks, Kieran I will track my account to verify I get my refund and also that my account reflects that my subscription has been canceled
