[LAPSED] Cancelled subscription STILL being charged!!
Complaint against My Geek Box
I cancelled the subscription with this company the last time they took £52.47 out of my wife's account and advised them that they were not to take any more money, this also still has not been refunded!!! Yet again today another £52.47 has been taken and there is no number to contact them on. I do not want to be fobbed off with sending emails to a generic address as those never get answered. Horrendous customer service. £104.94 has been taken and without mine or my wife's permission. Someone needs to contact us regarding this any help with a phone number would be greatly received.
