[LAPSED] Charging money for items I didn't order

Complaint against My Geek Box

I signed up for one month of my geek box in November. I received the box and the contents were not worth the money but I chose not to complain. They then changed my subscription to auto-renew without my consent or knowledge and they are now going to charge me for a box I didn't order. I would like to unsubscribe and to get a refund for this but they won't reply to my messages on their website or twitter.

Hello Sarah, We're sorry to hear that you were not aware that the subscription auto renews, we do state on the website: 'All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the payment term'.
