[LAPSED] Failed Subscription

Complaint against My Geek Box

I have tried on two different occasion to cancel mygeekbox subscription, the first time I was informed that "As you have been allocated another box for November, we are unable to cancel at this point. I have requested that you subscription be cancelled once your November box has been cancelled." I then cancelled my box by myself just to be sure no money would come out of my account in December and yet when I checked my bank statement I had been charged for a box on the 2nd of December. I checked my order to find that the customer service has replied "I apologise for my confusion, do you mean you would like your subscription cancelling." after I had asked for it to be cancelled. I have made clear on two occasions I have wanted to cancel and yet I was still charged for the box this month.
