Horrible Customer Service

Complaint against My Geek Box

I ordered a 1 month little hero box using a code to make it $5. I have NOT received the item. I have contacted customer service MULTIPLE times trying to resolve this issue and have received automated non helpful responses of "We are having trouble processing your payment". The company has had my payment since day 1, I have proof on my bank statement. I've told the company that they have the payment and that I'm NOT adding my card info back just so they can double charge me; I previously removed card info to prevent them from "accidently" billing me. Even though I removed my card info they have now WITHOUT permission charged me $28 for another box. I will be filling fraud charges against the company with my bank and reporting them to the BBB.

It took them Way too long to finally close the account and refund the fraudulent charges. It took me posting 2 negative reviews before they responded at all.
