[RESPONDED] Money Not Refunded

Complaint against My Geek Box

I was promised a refund as never received any goods. The delivery company they use would only deliver mon-fri 12-2 and as I'm at work mygeekbox said it would automatically go back to their office and I would be refunded right away. They keep telling me to wait 3-5 days but never actual answer any of my questions. This has been going on since November 2015.

Hi MS The message just says it has been passed to the customer relations team and the payment will be manually refunded. I've been told these things plenty of times before. As I've tried numerous times to get answers from straight forward questions I request you to respond here for all to see.
