[LAPSED] Never received product from MGB and now they're taking money from my bank account!!

Complaint against My Geek Box

I want this stopped immediately! My Geek Box never sent out an item that I was supposed to have received some time ago. I didn't bother chasing them up because it was part of a deal and not much cash was compromised. Additionly, their contact details are impossible to find! As many of you have already stated. My Geek Box needs to try harder to issue their customers with contact details. Contacting them via a faulty comment thread and Facebook is not acceptable! Now they have charged me for nothing! Taken money from my bank account last week. I want a refund immediately. If this is not resolved then I will make sure that they will not be operating at all (once I get hold of an ombudsman).
