[LAPSED] No help what so ever
Complaint against My Geek Box
Placed an order for a past month geekbox which had an offer of getting another one free. When they arrived they were identical in every way which was very disappointing. I contacted customer services to see if they could help and was told by Ben in customer services as it's an offer and a 'blind purchase' that this was 'fair game' ! Very unhappy at the lack of customer service. Had another reply basicly telling me to shut up as its luck of the draw which this doesnt state on the webpage.
