[LAPSED] Not Honouring £250 voucher

Complaint against My Geek Box

I entered a competion ran by My Geek Box in the run up to Black Friday. You received so many entries for liking their Facebook page, twitter etc and receiving texts alerts from them. On Thursday 24 November I received an email confirming I had won said competition, worth £250 spend on site. The email contained a unique voucher code to use at checkout. The code did not work, so I contacted My Geek Box via their message service. No one will acknowledge the competion and confirm my order. I am asked the same questions by Customer Service - what was the competion, how did you enter, what is the voucher code. I have answered all these questions and offered to forward the confirmation email, however I have had no contact since Monday 28 November. I would like this matter resolved.
