[LAPSED] Ordered at the end of November, still not received was promised despatch last week!

Complaint against My Geek Box

I ordered a geek box at the end of November, it had passed the cut off point for that month's box so I was told I'd get December's box which was fine as it was a part of a gift anyway. So fast forward to 7/12/15 and I was told it was despatched, it wasn't. The customer service advisor told me that despatched means they have it (I know that is not what it means!) Then I was told they despatch between 15-20th December. Well it's now the 21st and no despatch notice and they've taken to ignoring all contact made on their website and twitter! Now my son is missing part of his Christmas present that I have no money to replace.
