Poor customer service

Complaint against My Geek Box

Paid for a years subscription but moved house & even though I changed my details online geekbox sent my July box to old home address. Post Office didn't deliver it to the old address as I'd moved & parcel was sent back to geek box (the hut group). We are now nearly in November, after being told many times by different customer service staff that my July parcel wld be re-sent to me - I've now been told there's no more July boxes (how is that when Royal Mail returned my parcel to you to be resent to my correct address). Added to that some idiot at customer service has requested I send proof of postage, wtf is wrong with you people at hut group - how would I have proof of postage for something that you sent to the wrong address & that Royal Mail sent back to you. So I'm missing a box that I've paid for & you either send a replacement box to make up for your mistake or you refund me the cost of the month. I recommend that consumers do not use this company, they do not give a damn about customers & after many months of my time wasted messaging asking for my missing box I am still out of pocket so I wish I had never bought the subscription!

68222800 I paid for a year subscription, they have not delivered my July box or sent a replacememt for it. They have now replied saying they will refund, but given no further details or a satisfactory explanation of the nonsense I've had to endure over their mistake.

Yes I've had a refund now, but no I don't class the issue as resolved for a number of reasons. First I've been given no explanation for the nonsense run around I've endured, or why the July geekbox that I was told was now out of stock was advertised for people to buy past boxes. I will not be renewing my subscription & I do not recommend your company to others.
