[LAPSED] Poor service

Complaint against My Geek Box

Really bad service just will not let me cancel my subscription. Expressly stated in my emails that I wish to cancel and that I withdraw their rights to take money from me from my card, bank account or paypal. Sent several emails and requests to cancel and they have been ignored indicating I can only cancel at a certain time although their website states I can cancel at any time. There are no links on how to cancel on their website or in their FAQs it states such a link is sent in their emails, its not. I will have to contact both my bank and paypal to stop them from taking my money for their below par boxes that I dont want that I have been trying to cancel for months. Slow response to email with no help or empathy. Very untrustworthy company who are very difficult to deal with.
