I can advise that this is a auto renewal for your plan as advised on site and checkout so this would be the reasons for the charges that you agreed upon when completing the order. Kind regards, Matt My Geek Box Customer Service Team Sent by: You. 10 March 2016, 19:30 the box has not been dispatched so the 14 days cancel after dispatched is void do refund me my money now!!!! also i canceled the auto renewal a week after i subscribed before the end of february so there was no renewal in place to take the money in march. so again i want my refund. you have noy reason to refuse my request ans you have failed to supply me with the good within a reasonable time also you have taking money with out consent which is a criminal offence. so refund me or i will have to take this further!!!! I can confirm that this is a auto renewal service as advised at the site/Checkout/Terms & Conditions and once you put the order through you have accepted all of these terms and acknowledging the subscription so this would be the reason for the charges. Once this has been dispatched we can cancel within 14 days to stop this subscription. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. this is from your T&C so now we both know that i am well within my rights to cancel my order just refund me now. sa it has been nearly month since i ordered my box and i have never had a email from you stating that my box is unavailable so you have breached your own t&c so we have no legal binding contract so with the auto renewal bit that also become invalid due to this too so i will be wanting a refund for this as you took the money but there is no where on my account that i have a march box on order so you have took the money and not supplied any invoice or proof that you have took it for this reason
