[LAPSED] Taken money after I cancelled subscription.

Complaint against My Geek Box

I am so upset. Despite cancelling a subscription in October and removing card details! , the amount of £52 has been taken from my bank. I have since tried to contact My Geek box through lots of messages and am continuously fobbed off. They have confirmed that my sub. was cancelled but are not doing anything about refunding me or answering as to why they took the money? I wouldn't mind but a box didn't cost £52 so how is this amount justified? I am not letting this drop as this was UNAUTHORISED!!!!!
