Complaint against My Geek Box

I bought the 3 box package, the quality was garbage so i went to cancel, my account on the website showed no subscriptions, no standing orders, and claimed my band details were not saved, they took the money again anyway, i contacted to complain and the money was refunded, then they did it again 2 months later, and are now claiming no knowledge of the first cancellation, they also have a habit of clearing old customer service messages despite the complaint still being ongoing, they are not stating that if i want my money back i will have to wait for them to send each monthly box and then return it, they had already sent the first of the 3 despite me starting this complaint with them Before it was sent
