Complaint against My Geek Box

My geek box has been taking monthly payments without authorisation!!! What an awful company

Hello Amy, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your subscription payments. I can advise that all contracts are on a monthly rolling payment plan, in which the auto-renew feature must be turned off to prevent future payments from taking place.
