[RESOLVED] - Very poor customer service

Complaint against My Geek Box

The first box i was sent was over a month old so i contacted their customer services. I was told their operations team would contact me and assist me on my problem in the next 24-48 hours. A week later no reply, so i send another email and got told the same thing again. I then ask for a refund but still no reply. I have sent 4 emails to them now and just receive a generic response. Shocking customer service and the crate was no better! Massive waste of money.
