[LAPSED] Very UNhappy and unauthorised payments

Complaint against My Geek Box

I have tried to cancel. I sent emails to the only addresses i could find, as contacting this company is almost impossible. In desperation to not have more money taken from my account after the first unauthorised payment i was forced to accept as I only realised it happened when the box arrived on my doorstep (I was under the impression I had purchased a one month subscription, the description of which changed to "auto-renew" after I had purchased without my knowledge) I deleted my card details from the website. This did not work and they have still taken money out of my account i did not authorise. Very, very unhappy.
