Good evening unfortunately I am having to contact you directly as on mygeekbox message centre I just appear to be getting Palmed of with very generic replies about 2 of my orders 1 dating back in October and one on the black Friday deal and I'm still yet to receive them I am also a yearly subscriber to one of your boxes which has no issue getting to me each month so why are these 2 boxes so delayed and unable to give me an estimated date on which I will receive them. 1 of these boxes were intended as a gift for Christmas and now I'm not going to be able to give this as a gift I am very unhappy with the responses I have been given so far and would like some answers as to why you can offer a product and yet not have the stock or resources to deliver Luke Haynes..
