Complaint against My Geek Box

I subscribed for the feb box with 2 free welcome boxes. its a month later and still no box even tho my account says it was dispatched days after i joined. once i contacted them they first said its in warehouse being processed then i get told there was a issue with stock so will there has been a delay. i got fed up with all this and canceled my auto renewal and payment details but a few weeks later i noticed they had took payment for march as well even though i had canceled the subscription. now they are refusing to cancel my order and refund me feb box of £17.99 and for march £17.99 that don't even show up on my account. i just want my money back i don't want the box!!!!!

another thing they took the money after i canceled the auto renewal which means i canceled the right to take money from my bank so in doing this they took money from my account illegally without consent. now they are refusing to refund me!!!
