[LAPSED] Without a Christmas present. Need money back as no ordered received.

Complaint against My Geek Box

I ordered a one month box during the Black Friday deal in November. Item was marked as dispatched on the 7th like many other complaints on here. I contacted then they replied saying it wouldn't be dispatched until 15-20th of December. I would not have ordered if I knew it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. There isn't any tracking information and I'm now without a gift. Am writing a complaint to trading standards as I believe the company is providing false information to customers. I've tried to cancel but no response. Find it very strange that there isn't a phone contact either.
