Complaint against Groundlevel
I Placed two orders on line with this company on 5-11-15, the money was taken from my account immediately but nearly three weeks later I have heard nothing. I made my first complaint to them via ermail on 20th November, on my account on Groundlevel the order was "pending". I have sent a further complaint via email today (25th) my order is now "completed". I have received neither email or phone call or indeed my purchase.
