Rude ineffective customer service

Complaint against Groundlevel

Ordered rotary airer on 18 July. No confirmation, no communication. Contacted them after 2 weeks and was told it must have gone missing but they wouldn't send me a new one until they could locate the missing airer. I eventually got my airer (again with no communication) 3 weeks after ordering. On examination it was broken and unuseable. I called them and was greeted with rudeness, unprofessionalism and sarcasm. Any member of staff who I dealt with were the same. I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the broken airer which I submitted via email. Later that day I received an email saying they had received the photos, do I want a replacement to which I responded I did. Nothing. I emailed again asking when I would receive my item. Nothing 3 days later I called to be told they hadn't read my email - so you want a replacement. I said yes when would I receive it. I was told they would arrange for dispatch today. When would I receive it I asked. 3-5 working days was the response. Waiting..........
