Complaint against Pearl and Earl
I ordered a sweatshirt in October / November and when it arrived about 6 weeks later the quality was poor and the star was not central. I called to find out how to return and sent it back recorded delivery in mid December. It's now mid January and there has been no money refunded to my account and I have emailed several times and heard nothing. The phone number has also disappeared from the website. I would just like my money back.
