Complaint against Pearl and Earl
Wrong item received. When contacted company no explanation given just stated they are now out of stock of my desired item. They expect me to be out of pocket returning the unsolicited item before they’ll refund. They state each order is made to order so there should never have been this mistake. In my opinion, we had a contract of sale which I honoured by paying for goods in full. They broke this contract by sending unsolicited goods and admitting they are unable to now fulfill my order. Poor customer service, Gareth has no interest in resolving this issue.
