KIKO Milano
I am three weeks in to my attempt to be credited for a package that was never delivered. There is only a generic customer service email, and I have never received a helpful reply, only two emails that tell me I need to wait for Fedex to close the investigation into the package delivery (which Fedex said usually takes two days when I called to make the report as Kiko deferred it to me even though Fedex said the shipper should be responsible for it). Tweets and Twitter DMs at least are responded to since customer service emails rarely are, but again zero forward movement and no direct contact possible. Do not order online even on the off chance something might happen with delivery or missing items, you will never get a satisfactory response from them.
