Complaint against KIKO Milano
I placed an order on their website on 21/11/2019 and am still waiting on it. Have been trying to contact them since 17/12/2019 and they rarely respond and only after some serious pressure. Their response was that half of the address was not written in English (used the automated details their own website provided, whilst completing the order) and that I'm going to hear from the department in charge. Department in charge never contacted me and they leave my DMs on "Read". When I ask for a refund, they never ever inform me on how to get it. Filing a complaint with the ECC very soon.
