I placed a substantial order with Kiko on 4th August 2018. I received email confirmation from them, that my order was being prepared by them. On 6th Aug my mastercard was debited for €331.15 On 10th August, I queried where the products were, as I’d received no further communication from KIKO (eg: “items shipped”)..... KIKO then advised me (on 10/8) that THEY had regretfully cancelled my order due to a “tecnichal anonomly” at their end, and that a refund process had been initiated/requested, & that my card would be refunded “within 20 days”. I have sent many many emails since then, requesting my refund. I received only one further response - on 24th Aug- simply advising (again) that the refund process had been initiated. That is the last message I received from KIKO (24/8). They do not respond to (nor acknowledge) customer emails Now - @ 13th Sept. - they STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED €331.15 to my card which they debited for goods which were never dispatched by them. It amounts to THEFT! I can find NO PHONE NUMBER for KIKO online. Any advice for me?
