Complaint against KIKO Milano
I ordered one parcel one month before, one week later my order was changed by someone, not myself, and I didn't receive any email for the change. until now, one month later, the parcel is still being processed. I went to the shop in oxford street two weeks ago, the staff said she will ask someone to contact with me, still no one contacted me. I emailed kiko customer service everyday since then, no reply at all. no refund, no reply, what should I do ?
