On the 29th of January, I came to the footasylum pop up store in Cardiff. i asked the woman for a pair of white high top converse in size 6. when she gave the shoes to me, she didn’t offer for me to try them on because i’d already mentioned that the girl i was buying them for already has a pair of the same converse in black in a size 6. When i have the girl her shoes for her birthday recently, she asked me what size they were and i said 6. only to find out they were a size 8!! i was so disappointed to find out the we could no longer refund the shoes
