Dear Sir Madam I attended your shop in the Blackpool area on the 28th December 2017 with Two gift tokens one given to me this Christmas and one that had been given to me the Christmas before. I attempted to purchase two items to the value of my gift tokens which was 75 pounds. I was told that the gift token given on the year before to the value of 50 pounds had expired only a few days previously on the 22nd of December 2017. I did not purchase any items and left the store quite annoyed. I can appreciate if the gift token I was given was significantly out of date but it was only a few days.I could also understand if the company had gone bust or changed hands. I was concerned at the shoddy presentation of the member of staff that served me on that day. She chewed gum throughout the entire interaction that the service I received was poor and disinterested No effort was made to consult with anybody and there was an expectation that I would simply pay a further 50 pounds to make up the difference. Given that the gift tokens I had one of which was very recent were not significantly out of date I would like it honoured if that is possible.
