Not receiving items I bought
Complaint against
FOOTASYLUM
To whom it may concern, I would like to make a complaint for very extremely bad service for this company as I had not received my goods I ordered the first time because the delivery driver had mistakenly taken it to the wrong address. After that I had been asked where I lived, I made it more than clear with all the information the driver needed to know re my items and where to send. This company had said it would definitely be re sent out today. Today comes I still don't receive my items because he couldn't locate where my boyfriend's address was. This is very bad service and I am very dissatisfied with still not receiving my goods. So I asked for a refund but all I wanted were the items I bought and ordered I am very unhappy with the service provided all in all. Thankyou for reading.
