Complaint against IWOOT

I first became aware of this company through an advert in the observer magazine and went on line to order three products. all three duly arrived damaged, (two had been previously opened) so I looked to see if there was a contact number I could ring, I searched on line and eventually found one(don't bother with it, it only gives a message to contact via their online site this I did and was given a link to download and print a returns label to send items back f.o.c. this is not the case you have to pay for postage and the man in the post office said this company were well aware of that, SEnt various messages to see if they would refund my postage or give goods to the value of? we'are talking£4.99 here not hundreds, answer ? NO!. be warned if you deal with this company you will be disappointed and left out of pocket and what is more they don't care a HOOT never mind an IWOOT, stay clear you will find same items elsewhere and MUCH MUCH better service
