returning item and treated very discourteously by staff.
Complaint against
Robert Dyas
purchased a heater and plugged it in when i got home. it was not warming the room sufficiently so i unplugged it immediately and put it back exactly as it was when it was purchased. returned next day with it and receipt. I was informed by staff that because I had plugged it in that I could not have a refund. I found the attitude of the staff hostile and dismissive.
