Complaint against Tool and Fix
I ordered a welding unit online on 20th Nov.Tool and Fix deducted payment from my card straightaway despite the fact they did not have the item in stock,nor did they know definitely when new stock would be coming in.Website never made mention item was out of stock.The following week when no email had been received confirming dispatch,l emailed and received a reply saying out of stock and l would have item in 7 - 10 days.When this did not happen l phoned and was told item would be delivered by their supplier and it would be sent on overnight delivery on 13th Dec.When nothing had been received by 15th,l phoned again and cancelled.Was told credit would be done straightaway.Six days later refund still hadn’t reached my card so l emailed.Was told the refund hadn’t been completed correctly and this was manually being done there and then.Three days on and refund still has not been credited to my card.
