Complaint against Joie Baby

I recently brought your joie brisk in all black and havent had it long. I brought it for my son of 10months at the time who is now 13months since having it the break no longer works, it seems really stiff to push down the foot break the handle of the pushchair is wobbly but didnt know if it was the actual model until i tried one out in a local store and there model didnt have this issue. Due to buying the stroller off an online store i didnt know how the issue would be resolved. Which is why ive got in contact with yourselves
