[LAPSED] Faulty car seat

Complaint against Joie Baby

15 months ago I purchased a joie carseat from my local mansfield halfords store. For the last few months I have been struggling to fasten the buckle as it's very stiff and sticking inside it takes several attempts to get it to click in and close properly. The car seat is supposed to be suitable for my daughter until she is 7 years but I am going to have to buy a new one soon as I've been onto halfords and the inform me the warranty has expired as it's past the 12months. Halfords advised me to email the joie company to see if this could be resolved in any way. I feel it's not safe to use on a daily basis now incase it has not clicked in correctly and comes open whilst I'm driving. The carseat was expensive and I expected to get many years of use from it.
