[RESOLVED] - Footmuff doesn't fit stroller.

Complaint against Joie Baby

I purchased the Joie Brisk LX stroller and have been unable to attach the Footmuff that comes with it. At first I thought I might have just been being a bit daft but when I've looked online I found other people had the same problem and after contacting Joie they never got a reply. I myself contacted them on their website and I have not heard back. I am very disappointed as I love the pushchair itself but one of the main reasons I bought it was for the Footmuff and raincover that came with it. I'm hoping I can get this resolved as the pushchair is set up but not being used incase I need to return it.

It only took 30seconds on the phone to one of the advisors and I'm sorted. It is a snug fit to get it through but this is intentional to prevent it from sliding down. All you need to do is fold the material into the clasp and squeeze it through. Very happy.
