Complaint against Joie Baby

This is the worst car seat I’ve ever experienced and the customer service I’ve received from Joie is just as bad. First raised an issue with them on 8th April and to date (12th May) I have still not had a satisfactory resolution. We have exchanged numerous emails and I have sent them numerous photos and even two videos of my issue and evidence of how it is not fit for purpose and still they refuse to refund me. I am now left without a useable care seat whilst this matter is unresolved. I have sent details of my sons height, weight and age and have been told that my son must use two of the three inserts provided at his age to be safe but when I have sent evidence that the seat belt does not extend far enough to fit round him with these inserts I have been told that I need to send photos of him with just one insert - how can he suddenly be safe with out one of the specified inserts when nothing else has changed? I want my money back to buy a safe car seat. I will never buy from Joie again and will make it my mission to share my negative experience with all my new mummy friends and via social media.
